Christine Keller has built her career at the intersection of food innovation, brand building, and fresh thinking. At Upcycled Foods, Inc., she leads partnerships and innovation, bringing together CPG brands, ingredient suppliers, and forward-thinking collaborators to turn overlooked food resources into meaningful business opportunities.

Her background spans leading roles with top produce and packaged goods companies including Fresh Express, Chiquita, Safeway, and Plenty. Christine has also led trend and innovation strategy at one of the industry’s top innovation agencies, advising major global food companies on how to shape the future of food. From blue-sky concepting to go-to-market execution, her work is always rooted in a passion for food people love and solutions the planet needs.

Christine brings an energetic, insight-driven approach to every challenge, whether mapping innovation pipelines, translating ideas into viable business models or helping clients connect with today’s conscious consumers. She thrives on the creative process, drawing on her interdisciplinary background in marketing, culinary arts, and sensory science to develop businesses & products that are both inventive and commercially viable.

A lifelong learner, Christine holds degrees in Journalism/Media and an MBA in Marketing, with continued education at the Culinary Institute of America, Stanford, UC Davis, and The San Francisco Wine School.
